Anti-lawsuit legislation would.

Of course, try getting that past Obama and a Democrat Senate.

There's a reason that tort lawyers are the number one contributors to the Democrat Party.

Not if the liability insurance comes out of your own pocket and you deal with tort lawyers every two or three years.

I would say the odds of this guy's getting injured using a walk-behind mower on flat terrain are zero to none.

The odds of him suing in the very unlikely event that he was injured using the big scary mower are probably the same.
