That's because she's probably never had face lifts. I like Sophia Loren, but he's had work done on herself over the years.

Sophia Loren is a lovely and well preserved woman. She works at it six or more hours a day. The rest of us choose to do other things with our lives.
For her late 80s, the photo above shows she aged very well.
