Beautiful - made my night/morning - can go to bed with a smile.
One of my kitties is the son of a feral mama- she had four solid black little boys plus the one I took in due to injury, another little boy kitty with mainly white coat plus tiger stripe pattern that looks like a map of the world. There had to be more than one babydaddy contributing to that litter.
It’s not uncommon in the kitty world. Maybe we should give them abstinence education.
The last litter my tortie had produced five kittens, only two of which looked anything alike (both were orange tabbies; one of them only lived about 12 hours). The only thing we can say about their parentage with certainty is that the black kitten must have had a black daddy. That one was female, as were all of the kittens except the two orange tabbies.
It’s possible for each kitten in a litter to be sired by a different tom. Unspayed female cats are sluts. :)
