There was a special aired on the History Channel not long ago about wild boar hunting in the area along the west central Red River (Texas/Oklahoma).

Any town that helped put up the money and manpower for a hunt was rewarded with a wild boar BBQ at the conclusion of a successful hunt. Everybody said the meat was wonderful-- tasted just like pork with a little game favor. Much better in a way sort of like grass fed beef as opposed to the commercial feedlot beef.

Muslims might want to reconsider developing a taste for wild pork... because the wild pigs are probably sizing up muzzies for dinner. And how priceless would that imagery be...
