Just wait a few seconds. The man protecting himself will be told it wasn’t fair. Just because the punk attacking him was using a stun gun, the man didn’t have to pull a gun. The Trevon defense all over again.
You got to remember, when a zombie attacks....double tap to the head.
Why do they keep calling it a “game”?
It doesn’t matter what the young adults doing it call it. It’s assault. And it’s highly likely to kill someone hitting them that hard in the head. Since this happens most often with a group attacking and by complete surprise, what else would the potential victim have time to think other than “my life is at risk”?
This should be an obvious automatic pass by any grand jury if these trash get shot dead in the process.

Assuming the stun gun did not shock him and interfere with his muscle control, this guy needs range time.
This is the only way to bring these guys back into line. A few more stories like this and the games die down.
Criminals always target the apparently weak. A gun is a great equalizer.

FYI, such stun guns are available on ebay for $10 or so, can be charged by plugging them into a wall socket, and they make great stocking stuffers.
Pepper spray, stun gun, knife and gun, it is essential to have situational awareness.
An essential part of the knockout game is to ambush the unaware. If you think you are being stalked, having your back against a wall is better than standing out in the open. Being in a door frame is better than having your back against the wall.
And retreating inside is best, *if* you are armed. If they are coming towards you, do not just shut the door, block it with your foot. Make them punch or kick through it. The more effort they have to use, the less likely it is that they will pursue.
Be sure to give up a hue and cry as well.
