Where would the ROBERTS Court side on an election of one Barak H. OBama on a write-in effort that prevails?(recall that according to Roberts, SCOTUS is not convened to protect the electorate from their election consequences)
Obamugabe would not need to have any campaign effort. He would only need to have local minions petition and place him on the ballot and then defend such --AFTER-- the election.
These folks have already defied Article II of the Constitution; Article XXII is another speed-bump.

Obama knows better than to try to emulate Manuel Zelaya.
If nobody’s voting rights where impeded during the matter, then it won’t even go before SCOTUS. It would be stopped at the State level when the Electorate is picked is my guess. Failing that, the election simply wouldn’t be certified and the house and Senate would then get to pick the VP and P.

Cannot happen. Having served two terms he is no longer eligible to hold the office. Same reason Bill Clinton cannot be vice president - he must be eligible to be president, which he is not for the same reason. They must repeal the 22nd amendment to “elect” him to a third term. I fully expect them to try it.
