I remember seeing an old black & white short film of a tiger and lion fighting each other. As I recall the tiger was kicking ass.

I’d rather not force them to fight just for the hell of it.

If it goes on in the wild, so be it. I don’t like bloodsport just for sh1ts and grins.

not advocating it, but a fairer matchup is polar vs grizzly.

of course, anything would lose against the rabbit from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

“It would be fun for Detroit fans to see the Lions play the Tigers in a neutral sport, such as basketball.”

Lions win. NFL has far, far superior athletes to MLB, hands down. But match them up in a game of softball with a keg or cooler on second base, Tigers win. :)

“From Wild Animal Fight Club...”

I think the WAFC is thinking a little wishfully here. Bears would have no problem facing a tiger, in that the bear can stand erect and pivot on its hind legs to match the cat’s moves.

One swipe of its massive paw in a downward blow with those razor sharp 5” claws, and its all over for the tiger.

Polar bear wins against the Tiger.

Re your post 36, I have no idea of where Tarzan grew up. The only thing I remember from the movies I saw in 1948-49 was that he lived in a jungle house and swung around on vines. From time to time one saw lions prowling about.
