That wasn’t the only time. Back in 1983, Auburn went into the bowl games ranked #3. On New Year’s Day, #3 Auburn wins the Sugar Bowl while #1 Nebraska, #2 Texas, and #4 Illinois all lose. In the final poll, Auburn was still ranked #3. They were robbed BIGTIME.

I was at the first game where they tried to stop us singing Dixie. The whole stadium just stood up and we sang it at the top of our enebriated lungs. :-)
Yep, at UF they tried to stop singing “We Are The Boys” at the end of the third quarter....like that was going to happen.
Hey. I got an email from the travel agency I used to go to Atlanta and Scottsdale. Thought about sending it to him with a note saying, “see what you are missing by lying,”. I am too sweet though. : ) Would love to go, though but i have not lost one thing in the L A area. I really do not like liars, cheats and manipulators and darn, I got all 3 in one person. I am blessed! Really, really am. You would not believe the suggestions I am getting from friends. Is a good thing I am such a sweet person or one person would be in big trouble. God bless,
The rankings will be out about 10:30 my time. I think my students will have seat-work around then. LOL!
Before yesterday I had planned on going . . . last week tickets were about 700 pop for the cheap seats, now 1300.00 and they haven’t even officially announced it yet. I really want to go. My daughter will be going with AU Band and the 7th is her 20th birthday. What a fun experience she will have.
We were all pretty happy last night around the house watching. Now trying to decide what items to order from last weeks game and this weeks from SEC.com shop.
My granddaughter would love to have that money to put on a new car. Might do that. I love AU but I went to Mississippi State. Think the Bulldogs will play in Memphis which is a few hundred miles from here. Went last year to The Gator Bowl and State lost. Brought them bad luck so maybe I should just stay home! Read on FB that State might play Rice.
