She designed “challenges” related to consumption?! Really. I’d call loosing 30 pounds a challenge. But consuming a particular brand of product is a “challenge?”

What a useless ‘accomplishment.’ Even worse - the media thinking it is worth reporting on.

"They've treated her really well. They were on my radar as a company I'd want to explore and find out more about," said the 40-year-old part-time undergraduate student at Bellevue University and former small-business owner. and
During 2013, Existence estimates she spent more than $7,000 on Starbucks items. To put this in perspective, the average female aged 19 to 50 years old spends about $252.50 a month on food eaten at home as part of a moderate-cost budget, or about $3,030 per year, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
So, who paid for all that chow she downed? According to the article, she didn't receive a dime from Starbucks. I didn't realize part-time college student paid so well.
"We applaud her efforts and encouraged along the way, but no money was ever exchanged," Mills said. She added that Existence "often sets lofty and unattainable goals for herself, and she really meets them head on."
You can say that again.

For a year she ate nothing but coffee and cake? That’s all you can get at Houston Starbucks.
She is looking for fame and hoping she will somehow make a fortune. She wants a company to pay her for eating/using their products.
What a weird idea.

And after a year of eating at Starbucks, she’s now a brain-dead commie-lib environmentalist lesbian dupe? Or was she that to start with?

you know she had to gain weight on this ‘experiment’. if she would have lost weight that would certainly have been reported, and probably highlighted.

Unfortunately I was watching the Today Show and saw this story. I think she spent 500+ dollars a month.
