(CNSNews.com) - Why say it with flowers, when you could send your love a shrub?

I recommend Hawthorne, Barberry (if allowed), and the wild variety of locust trees, also Osage Orange. They are covered with formidable thorns which keep away the tree huggers!

The EPA’s suggestions for “February fun” include thinking “green” on President’s Day by taking reusable bags on shopping trips and buying clothes that are made from recycled soda bottles,..”

Now the EPA is telling us what to send to our Valentines.
Our government is becoming worse than any in Europe.

Maybe silk flowers makes sense as opposed to cut flowers.
When I first read that, I had a vision of everyone buying silk flowers and plants, and nothing real being planted. Seemed the opposite of what the EPA would want.

Am I missing something? Aren't silk flowers fake? Is the EPA recommending we buy fake flowers? Yeah, and all those plastic stems will end up in a landfill sooner rather than later. Envirowackoism is build upon one contradiction after another.
Come to think of it, wind turbines look like the kind of behemoth flowers that demons would build. Have they created any "dedicate a wind flower in your loved one's name" yet? Think of the surcharges they could collect from including a blender cam.
