his responsibilities at MCTC include managing the Educational Equity Task Force, developing a menu of diversity training and guiding changes in college policies, practices and culture that support MCTC’s goal of achieving educational equity.
This sounds rich. Uh huh. He is there to make sure everyone gets their mind right.
lol
thats just their opinion, we all know it is also a lie.
its about time white men start getting in their faces, just like obama told “his people” to get in their faces.College kids today get their info. from other than the MSM and leftist on TV every sunday morning..they are starting to grow a pair...:O)
I am glad the students did this. Unfortunately she probably has tenure and will never be fired.
I agree. Good for those three white males. This is never going to stop as long as we all just shut up and cringe and cower. We have to stand up to these racist bullies.
I doubt it. Her title is merely “faculty” and she only has an MA.

community colleges have tenured folks and they only require a MA because it is a two year school (considered transitional to a four year school)
but either way she should be Ward Churchilled out the door
What exactly do you think their recourse was? Punching her in the mouth?
Bwaahaaaa! I knew it.
Many years ago I was required to do Employment Equal Opportunity Training as I was in management with the VA.
There was a question and answer period in which I went back and forth with the trainer. I quoted the civil right law in relation to affirmative action for individuals that were minorities. It went back and forth before she finally admitted that affirmative action was a violation of the civil rights act.
Please note that the Civil Rights Act is a great act and assure equal opportunity for all IF ENFORCED WITH ITS ORIGINAL INTENT! When not enforced with its original intent it assures discrimination against any group or sex the government choices to discriminate against.
> The professor, Shannon Gibney, said she was talking about structural racism when one white male student got upset and asked “Why do we have to talk about this in every class?” and another asked “Its like people are trying to say that white men are always the villains, the bad guys. Why do we have to say this? “He was taking it personally,” she said in an interview with City College Air, a student media source. “I tried to explain, of course, in a reasonable manner as reasonable as I could given the fact that I was being interrupted and put on the spot in the middle of class that this is unfortunately the context of 21st century America.
The context of 21st century America is indeed a scapegoating of white males. Unfit to teach ping. Thanks servo1969.
How do you see that the students who complained are “wimps”? They may have been taking a significant financial risk. I can’t be sure of that, but at least they did what was necessary to draw attention to her behavior.
They cant be men? They have to whine about everything?
They could have sat there and be treated like doormats.
Instead they used the enemy’s weapon against them.
What would you have done?
Good start... needs to be asked in every college and university...
