What you have pointed out fits a pattern for everything regarding Obama’s identity: he never has his fingerprints on it, or makes clear statements. Someone else always handles it in the shadows. The water is always carefully muddied.
The 1991 Born-in Kenya “blurb”: Obama’s book agent non-specifically implies she wrote it for him, then someone failed to correct it for 15 years. (Even though all the other authors had to submit their own blurbs. I guess being actual “authors” they knew how to “write”...)
Short Form COLB: This appeared as an image on an Obama campaign website. Who dun it?
Long Form “Birth Certificate” supposedly generated by Hawaii: a law firm underling allegedly fetched it. Unidentified person posted it on whitehouse.gov.
Draft Registration Card with bogus date stamp: Obama himself did not issue it and has never commented on its authenticity either way.
2009 Obama Tax Return with Harry Bunuel’s (sp?) SSN: Someone else did the tax return and posted it. Obama has never commented on it. He can claim it was someone else’s boo-boo.
Connecticut numbering on his SSN. Obama has never offered any explanation.
Obama is very practiced at making sure someone else can be blamed. Could any document Obama’s circle has ever “released” stand up as legal evidence of identity in a court of law? I doubt it. But he has never avoiding making any identity claims in court.
None of the items on this extensive list will ever be exposed unless it is all on video. Which I am confused as to why the right has not made such a compilation.

Are we talking about just the one sited here? Or, are we talking about Fast & Furious, Benghazi, bankruptcy laws, DOMA, Solyndra (corruption), ineligibility, voter fraud, 0bamacare, etc.?

DNA is collected upon conviction. Some states vary. In NJ even Juveniles must give DNA. What if BO’s doesn’t come back as HUMAN? What about the WOOKIE?

Will we have to build a new prison? Or just place them all on Rat Island, Alaska for at least 5 years, could convict on each lie and each repeated instance, and make punishments consecutive. Would probably change some Global Warming opinions.
