Wife and I escorted the census taker off our property three years ago. He walked past two No Trespassing signs and a locked gate to get to our place.
We called the sheriff and filed a complaint, including the guy's license plate #.
The f’er didn't return.

I have a quarter mile long “dense pack” driveway with a gate at the bottom of the hill by the road. It will inconvenience them more than me. I like it that way. ;-)

How do you know what survey it is. There is one (American Community Survey) that does have a law on it.
