Out-of-state American students in North Carolina and all the other states where this travesty is occurring need to bring lawsuits against their state university systems.

They demand in-state tuition rates and 99% have no jobs or the jobs they do have all money goes right back into the family budget, since the parents can barely make it on their wages. Chances of any money loaned to them will never be paid back. I’d like to hear them say as we demand in-state tuition rates in America at the same time we demand free college educations for all people who can show up in Mexico at one of their colleges. College is free of charge for Mexican citizens.
