You are lucky that you are so depraved. i just found out today that my best friend is going to see an atty about either getting or girding herself against a divorce. Two docs, and he has a penchant for being nasty, so it will be ugly.
I know we are at a point in life when this kind of stuff happens. Kids start leaving the nest and you look at whom you are left with and if there is no emotional intimacy left [in there case there may have never been], you wonder about spending the rest of your life with the other person. I would venture to say that the lack of emotional intimacy may be even a greater cause of divorce than cheating, but then that does tend to go hand in hand i guess. No cheating on either part, in my friend’s case, but sad nonetheless.
