People like this defendant not only weaken the "Stand Your Ground" laws by trying to use them without justification, they also feed into the liberal viewpoint that people with CCW permits are all gun-crazy nutjobs. For the benefit of both the law and the ability to carry, this guy needs to face the consequences for his actions.
