Cats are cleaner

Cats tend to soil the neighbors' yards. Of course, there are solutions for that.

If a person wants something useful, definitely coonhounds:)

If a person wants a liability that’s likely to attempt to kill them while they sleep, get a cat :P

But a cat won't deter burglars or home invaders like a dog will. Criminals often knock or ring the bell to see if anybody's home. If they hear a dog's loud barking and scratching against the door, most will move on.

I tend to lose my appetite when our friend's cat scuffs around in its poop box and than hops up on the kitchen counter to see what's cooking.

Until you have to clean the litter box. Especially if your little darling ate some bad food or has a little tummy problem. Dogs go outside to take care of their business.

Full disclosure....AM A DOG PERSON and allergic to cats.
