The truth is that at age 19, I was a teenage mother living alone with my daughter in a trailer and struggling to keep us afloat on my way to a divorce. And I knew then that I was going to have to work my way up and out of that life if I was going to give my daughter a better life and a better future and that’s what I’ve done. I am proud of where I came from and I am proud of what I’ve been able to achieve through hard work and perseverance. And I guarantee you that anyone who tries to say otherwise hasn’t walked a day in my shoes.”

The weather forecast for tomorrow evening-Friday AM have added light snow to our cold and drizzle-have they done the same to yours, Whyisa?

Wow. So this is the SlowJoe comment “stand up Chuck” that will only be seen or heard in conservative circles and the media will pretend it wasn’t said

Thank you for finding that! And I’ll gladly see her fictional account of the trailer and raise with my real hunting shack account-she can walk in MY boots and those of many other single moms, and see what tough really is...

When I was reading this info yesterday, was I correct that her first divorce ended with the husband taking the house and boat, and her with three vehicles? Or was that the second husband?

Too late, I think-it had someone on the SA news choking last night, and it was all over Fox news this AM...

I forget which it was-I want to say the second-but she didn’t make out badly in either marriage-she just chose a prey item with more bucks when she snagged the older lawyer...

We just traded one of veteran D men for a kid from NYR. Mixed feelings abound.

Put a Hershey’s kiss in the middle of a peanut butter cookie. ;-)

First batch is in the oven, the kisses all unwrapped. Smells pretty good here...but that is not the summary I had in mind. I smell a good old fashioned scandal brewing.

The name sounds so nice-and I don’t even like peanuts or anything that smells or tastes like them.

“scandal brewing”-indeed the way to brighten the heart of us mean conservatives during a cold spell, and we even have a couple to choose from...

Oh, cool! They are talking about Wendy’s lies on the 5 right now, and Beckel is defending her badly...

They’re one of my favorite cookies. And there is no elegant way to eat them. Too awkward to bite, just shove the whole thing in.

You don’t pick the candy kiss off the top first? Then you can bite the cookie...
