There is a reason - many of them, in fact - I’ve decided push-ups, pull-ups and jogging are going to have to fulfill my exercise needs...

I try to work them into my circuit routines. I find KBs are better for muscle endurance than raw strength. They tend to focus on the backside of the body rather the front side.

Thanks to the New Years Resolutioners I’ve encountered Mr. Middle School Lunchroom: The guy who puts his belongings on the elliptical of his choice to save it, while using the strength training equipment. That guy doesn’t like me.
