Whether it's trick shots or perfecting stereotypes, Dude Perfect can create awesome videos. Their latest piece of work, stereotyping people at the gym, is no different.
There is a reason - many of them, in fact - I’ve decided push-ups, pull-ups and jogging are going to have to fulfill my exercise needs...
Get a kettle bell or two. You'll leave gym rats in the dust.
Don’t mean to be ignorant, but what is a “kettle bell”?
I try to work them into my circuit routines. I find KBs are better for muscle endurance than raw strength. They tend to focus on the backside of the body rather the front side.
Love my kettle bell class!
LOL...I’ve met them all. I personally fall into the sweaty guy and protein guy categories ;-)
Thanks to the New Years Resolutioners I’ve encountered Mr. Middle School Lunchroom: The guy who puts his belongings on the elliptical of his choice to save it, while using the strength training equipment. That guy doesn’t like me.
Sounds like a variation of the “hunter-gatherer.” Perhaps we should dub the type the “territory marker”.
the other being the free-weight dropping nimrods.
sounds like a m79 going off.
