It has been cold. My neighbor's water froze. He's hardly ever there, and I keep an eye on the place for him. I got the pipe thawed out, and bumped up the heat in his place.
I guess he wasn't expecting a week worth of weather in the 20s.

It's just wet now. We're at 33F, the high for the day. We had enough snow to get everything muddy.
