This is a given. The relationship between Bill and Hitlery 1992 IS/WAS one of convenience for political expediency.
The Bimbo Eruption Squad that Hilary used to protect Bill’s candidacy and eventually his presidency was strictly for show to protect the appearance of a normal family. She was no more Bill’s conjugal spouse by this time in their marriage then Elenor was FDRs conjugal spouse when he was the leftist president.
