Speaking of over weight - not sure if you’ve ever watched “The Biggest Loser” on tv, but they had the finale yesterday and the winner, for the first time ever, looked anorexic! She was very athletic and was looking great by the end of their time on the ranch. They take another 3 months (( think) to continue losing before the finale and oh my gosh, I’ve never seen one of the contestents looking like she did. She is 5’5” and weighed 105. She won - losing over 60% of her total body weight.... I’m shocked anyone, seeing her, would think she wasn’t too thin. She has to look skinnier in person since all I saw was on tv, of course. I saw several comments about it on line today.

I don’t watch the show, but I saw her before and after pictures on Fox-I don’t see anything amiss-one size does not fit all, and she appears to have a small frame, and be somewhat athletic. If this weight is a natural thing for her, she will keep it with normal activity and healthy diet only-no extreme stuff.

The last time my BMI was at 18, I was pregnant-and I come from a slender, small boned family. My normal weight is 108-110, I wear a size 5-maybe a 4 in a dress, and I don’t do anything special to maintain it-I do eat mostly veggies and fruit-and fish, some lean meat, I don’t like sweets, and like most of my relatives, I do not use any drugs-only natural remedies, vitamins, etc. I’m not bony, I am wiry and strong for my size from years of physical work and hiking. Many active or athletic people are lightweights-runners, etc. We are all different-but that girl weighing over 200 at age 24 is not natural in any way...
