Back when girls who had sex were sluts but boys were sowing their wild oats.
I don’t know if some boys wouldn’t be traumatized. We live in a different world today, when I was 17 I would have loved it but today the young man might well have been chastised by many people, even jealous peers. With enough people saying he was victimized he might well have believed it.
The sex act with the teacher wouldn’t have caused direct trauma but society’s reaction might well have.
Congratulations, you are among the very few who know the difference between "lose" and "loose." Most would have typed in "loose."
Believe me, I got out plenty until about 2 years ago.
Many of the women I used to pick up in clubs and bars for random fun were severely emotionally scarred. The sex, drinking, etc are just a cover up for pain in their lives. I was doing it for the same reason.
A few would use their dead emotions and sexuality as a weapon to emotionally “get back” at men.
The rest were young girls just starting to experiment because our culture teaches them that drunk hookups are cool. They stop after a few years when they meet a man who respects them or they end up in one of the above two camps after meeting too many men who don’t. And you generally don’t meet men who respect you at parties.
My wife keeps trying to teach me how to cook. I should tell her to cutoff the unwanted advances too heh.
On the serious side, I’ve never heard of this when I was in school. I did have a young hot teacher once in 10th grade, but I wasn’t thinking sexually about her, most of us were too busy rock climbing, paintballing, mountaineering in our spare time to even consider anything else.
It just seems in the last several years this type of thing is happening with greater frequency.
I have kids too, where’s God in all that?
That’s the most important part of raising kids is making sure they are exposed to God’s word and his love.
I’ve read several times now that you think a 24 year old is a child, and I can’t agree with that, despite anything society says. She’s an adult doing an adult job, and should act accordingly and be held to those standards.

I guess it depends on your perspective, but when half of the 28 year old youngsters live at home and are on mommy and daddies insurance, yes she’s a kid. And she demonstrated that she had the judgment of a kid.

I don’t think “hanging” is the right answer in any case, But serious jail time would be if the boy had not reached Puberty. before Puberty it is petifila and not sex. For older teenage boys any prosecution should be on a case by case basis. It’s not likely to be harmful to a 15 year old, that would depend on his level of maturity, But it could be.
Keep in mind that many teenagers are sexually active already by the time they are 15.

Boys hit puberty at 12 often. So, you’re saying it is okay for a 24 year old woman to have sex with a 12 year old boy? What about a 24 year old man? Can he have sex with a 12 year old as long as the 12 year old has “reached Puberty”?

Yes, with each other - not with adults who are 9 years older than they are.
Yeah, they insert progressively larger diameter disks or rings in their earlobes to stretch them.
I told my daughter to not even think about bringing home another freak like that. She's still a teenager, and thinks it looks cool. I asked her to use her imagination and look twenty years forward in time to a day when she has kids and a home. I asked her, "do you really want to be a thirty-something mom with a husband who's got giant rings in his ears?"
In that scenario, she's 17, in the military, and having sex with an instructor........how else is she going to get promoted? /s

Often it starts then, but it’s a process. It takes a couple of years to get through it.

No, of course not. I didn’t say that. These boys were older than that.

The answer would be no. Kids don’t “reach” puberty at twelve. And it’s totally different for boys and girls in my opinion.

Of course it’s not OK. Premarital sex is not “OK”. And the 15 year old could be harmed. And if he is, she should be prosecuted. But not “hung”. There used to be a crime of corrupting the morals of a minor. I haven’t herd that term used in years though.

I am not and have not condoned her behavior. What allegedly did was wrong. What She did was reckless and could have hurt these kids a lot. Clearly she shouldn’t be teaching.
Whether she should or should not be prosecuted should depend any damage she did to these boys. All of the boys involved were “old” enough to know right from wrong, as was she.
I have an “adopted” son who is in his forties and mentally challenged due to a brain injury. I wouldn’t want her anywhere near him, and he’s almost twice her age.
