Michael Sam, the SEC’s Defensive Player of the Year and Missouri’s All-American defensive lineman, told ESPN’s Outside the Lines and The New York Times on Sunday that he is gay.
Sam is projected to be a mid-round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft after leading the SEC with 11.5 sacks and 19 tackles for a loss, but he’ll be happy playing for whatever team wants him.

well..here it comes..the “canary in a coal mine” for the leftists. Their “test” case to attack and conquer the last bastion of ‘maleness” in this country..professional sports, with the N.F.L. being the ultimate prize. Okay. So the dude is Gay. I suppose this means that he’s supposed to the the Number One Overall pick in the draft and he deserves to be given a contract that is equal to the highest paid player in the NFL, while being named as the 2014 NFL Player of the Year and League MVP?
