Meredith Kercher killer freed from prison to study after serving just six years of his sentence

The drifter convicted for the killing of Meredith Kercher ... is being allowed to leave prison to study for a degree.

Rudey Guede, 27, who is serving a 16 year jail sentence for the murder and sexual assault of Meredith, spoke out as it emerged he is now eligible for day release after serving just six years of his sentence.

Because of the Italian legal system Guede is entitled to early release as he has served almost half his sentence .....

Guede was initially convicted under a fast track trial in 2008 and sentenced to 30 years in jail for Meredith’s murder and sexual assault but this was later reduced to 16 years on appeal.

During his trial he admitted being at the murder scene but he insisted he had been in the toilet at the time Meredith was attacked ....

DNA tests established Guede was at the scene after his fingerprints were found in Meredith’s blood and he was also identified from a faeces specimen found in a toilet at the house.

He told the court that convicted him that he had found Meredith bleeding to death and then tried to save her by stemming a wound to her neck but then fled as he relaised she was dying.

Last night Guede’s lawyer Valter Biscotti confirmed that Guede was now eligible for parole and had been given permission to study at an undisclosed university near Perugia but he had not yet left prison to take up his place on the course.

He said: ‘Rudy can go out of prison for several hours at a time now and that’s the law all over Italy. He spends his days studying history.

Italy?
This is the same Italian legal system that allows “double jeopardy”; so that someone can be tried and tried and tried until they get a verdict that they want.

And we got Bedwetter Globalists who support the Italian justice system and want to send Amanda Knox back after a Double Jeopardy conviction

Only a fool or an idiot would set foot in Italy

This, of course, is the very same case. However, things are different for Rudy, because he’s not an American. The Italians hate Americans, for reasons I have never understood very clearly.

The Italians hate Americans

I lived in Italy for 5 years and did not get that impression. In fact, I was in Italy (Sicily) during this whole fiasco.

Perugia makes a lot of money from international students who travel there to study.

When this first happened all the locals were hoping that it was another international student and not one of their own who committed this eggregious murder.

That’s why they went so heavily after Amanda Knox — blame the death of a foreigner on another foreigner — with a little help from their own of course.

Good point about the international student business.

I think it’s more the official world of Italy that hates Americans, rather than the average Italian. But that’s true of Europe in general, actually.

The Italians hate Americans

Tens of thousands of Americans gave their lives to save the Italians from Nazi occupation. To think that we could have spared their lives had we left those ingrates to live under Nazi rule.

The eye-ties are still very bitter about our bombings killing civilians in the south during WWII. The Italian left hates us for the same reasons as leftists do all over the world. The Italian right hates us for our “cultural imperialism.”

Their courts also gave approval to a man having sex with an 11 year old.

Insanity
