I also have the right to contract for services that are not illegal. Government has no legitimate power to restrict my right to contract with an airline or bus service or cab company.
In case you haven't noticed, the police state considers itself entitled to regulate, run or destroy any institution it sees fit. Banking, transportation, energy, education, manufacturing all exist at the pleasure of Obama. Instead of celebrating and joining, you should resist.
So what is your solution? Go in, Matrix like, and have a shoot out?

I don’t know where you got “celebrate.” I don’t care for the TSA but there they are. I “fight” them the best way I can — through engagement not craven hiding under the bed (”I won’t fly b/c of the meanie TSA”) as some here have stated.
I live in Dallas and commute to/from Toronto weekly. Last year I worked in Washington DC. My work has taken me to NYC, Chicago, Seattle, Denver and Miami just in the last 6 months.
You are so smart — tell me what I should do to avoid the TSA. Also note my comments about the TSA have been denotative as I shared my direct observations. Please share yours while you are telling us your solution.
