The database should track vehicle license plate numbers that pass through cameras or are voluntarily entered into the system from a variety of sources (access control systems, asset recovery specialists, etc.)
The NLPR data service should provide... a fully compiled PDF case file report (with maps, vehicle images, and ALL pertinent detection & Hot-List record information) with each proactive email alert notification.

"NLPR information will be used by DHS/ICE to assist in the location and arrest of absconders and criminal aliens." - - I'm sure that's all it will be used for.
More big brother information that can and well be use for more then it stated purpose.
Don’t most crimiinal aliens drive cars that aren’t nregistered to themselves?

What’s to stop civilians from installing plate recognition cameras in their cars and feeding the whereabouts of every cop car into a database so that people can see on their Tom Toms or the like where all the speed traps are?
He he he! Not a bad idea.
also tap into smart radar detectors to one in on cops - many leave their radar guns on all the time.
Time to move to Mexico.
except illegals that dont need no stinking license registration or any other form of ID let alone a license plate for his chebby
