Thanks for the spoiler alert.

It was a good game, but nothing like when US amateurs beat the evil empire.

Yeah, but where does the hockey team stand on the glow-bull warming initiative that some of the Team USA attendees are trying to foist on us? Sochi would not have been my first choice of a place to host “winter” games. Winter weather is not dependable enough. Go team USA.

The U.S. must have had an openly “gay” player. How else could they have won? /sarc

I guess that’s good. But to be honest, with the Americans so obsessively pushing the depraved homo agenda at the Olympics, I just haven’t had the usual inclinations towards rooting for our teams like in Olympics past.

Good news.
I forgot they were playing this morning.
I havent watched much of the Olympics this time. It does seem that every time I switch over to the Olympics program, I tune in just in time to see another athlete going SPLAT!

Do they play hockey in the Olympics?
Just kidding. I’m still ticked off that baseball is not in the Olympics and it is a major sport in Asia, Latin America, and most importantly the USA.
And if basketball, a winter sport can be plAyed in the summer Olympics, then a domed stadium should be set up in the Winter Olympics for baseball.

As long as we are pacified with our sports and stars we can happly remain a docile subject of a caring Government.
Personally, The people of America deserve humiliation for destroying a once great country by electing the rulers we now must obey.

Yeah you should put a spoiler alert on the headline and given the score in the first post. I DVR’d the game like so many. It’s more fun if you don’t know how t turns out.
It was a great game. IMO the Russian’s were overall better and miles better than they were in Vancouver. But the US powerplay was deadly, they hung in there and then it was the TJ Oshie show. It was the weirdest shootout I’ve ever seen. That was fun, it would have made a great gold medal game.
