Simply stated my position as a citizen sick of having my conversations interuppeted by screaming obscenities eminating from five cars back. Or having noise in my home so loud I cannot hear my own TV from chuckle heads driving by. And if one says anything about it to them they are likely to beat you within an inch of your life, if they take mercy on you. Take your outrage somewhere else.
