The fact Mann refused to disclose his ‘hockey stick’ graph metadata in the British Columbia Supreme Court, as he is required to do under Canadian civil rules of procedure, constituted a fatal omission to comply, rendering his lawsuit unwinnable.

That's because that infamous "hockey stick" graph splices together two separate sets of data - in contravention of accepted scientific practices. One set was from data recorded under standard practices and without political agendas, and showed temperatures descending over time in a cooling pattern. The other was from Mann's flawed and cherry-picked data that showed a higher rate of temperatures. He spliced them together circa 1980, making that fake "hockey stick" spike and didn't mention that salient fact in his "work".

Admitting it to be the fraud that it is cuts the legs out from under Al "global warming is in my pants" Gore's big propaganda movie, which of course led to his Nobel Prize win over more deserving candidates like Irena Sendler.

Mann should produce his data for open interpretation and if it is found to be faked he should be tried for fraud in US federal court as he received government money to perpetrate his fraud. Too bad All Gore can’t be sued for his fraud.
