With rain in the forecast for tomorrow, many teams are working on race setups.

Weather could be an issue at Phoenix: A weather system moving into Arizona could cause problems with on track activites this weekend at Phoenix International Raceway. The chance for showers increases late this afternoon with a 100% chance of rain overnight and a 70% chance on Saturday. The forecast for Sunday improves as the system moves out of the area. I don’t know what the hell I watched this afternoon, but whatever it was, I HATED IT!!! Cars all over the track, laps, certain people running again, dodging lap cars, it was the most confusing thing I ever saw. NASCAR, you really F’d this one up. You keep changing stuff and people don’t like it. Aren’t the empty stands enough? What happened to racing? This is like being on a freeway. Keep it up, won’t be watching or going to races anymore.
I hope it does not get rained out! I had to listen to the Daytona race on MRN over the internet from Jakarta, Indonesia. Wish I could have watched the whole thing. Saw some video clips of the finish.
Twas probably the best 500 I’ve watched.
Man I hope you’re on vacation and not working. That’s a hell of a commute.

Are you watching this race from Rattlesnake Hill
not this year...been there several times but with the last 2 day rains and frankly, the slow arrive and depart the 1-10 freeway employs, I just join a Nascar party in someone’s residence......the track is 25 minutes from my home yet, after the race it takes 2 hours to get home
Yesterday it was around 11F in Boulder, but was much warmer up on the mountain where I live where it was 34F and snowing.
