It seems our local pythons are just not trying. will you pleasde try and motivate them. Perhaps offer them a totally worthless native as an occasional treat?*

In Cooktown 25 years ago, we got a group together with the intent of walking down to the estuary to get a view of the big ol’ Saltwater Croc’s.
One of the locals casually asked if we were bringing our skyhooks....
“Skyhooks?”.....”What”, “Why”....
“You’ll want one to climb up when a salty comes racing outta the bush at you.....”
