The Heavy.com link also has a video of a 33 year old Shirley Temple and a 19 year old Annette Funicello at the 1961 Oscars. Both passed last year.

Names left out

Some of it is nitpicking, but did they really leave out Dennis Farina?

Yeah TCM didn't update their "TCM Remembers" with two recent deaths after the 2012 reel was already playing, in December 2012. I think they took some heat for it.

They were smart, this year, and re-edited the final cut, the one at your link, with Peter O'Toole, Audrey Totter and Joan Fontaine, all of whom passed over one weekend last December, after the reel had started airing.

It's always a moving thing, even if they don't do as many of the "TCM Remembers" during the year any longer. The first this year they've run this year is Shirley Temple, whom they could hardly ignore, but skipped Maximilian Schell, who "merged with the infinite" February 1.
