knarf, be careful, some of those 70s mobile homes were wired with aluminum wiring, and the stuff is notorious for having problems. I pray you find something soon.

One bit of good news is that according to the radar and forecast, you'll have today thru Tuesday of no precip and mostly sunshine.
This light rain looks like it'll completely clear the state in another hour or two.
I wish you/yours the very best in your labors, and pray that everything will break your way til all is settled once again, FRiend.

Also be careful of late 80s to mid 90s mobile homes that were made with polybutylene plumbing. You can spot it by it’s dull gray appearance on the water supply lines, instead of white PVC.

I believe we'll be able to get something in the 2000's
I think that's the best (but not only) way have an inspector look at the hook-up on the pole and the panel box in the house and his eye will see only newer, unabused mobile home ... at least that's what I think
I had a 30 yd rolloff dumpster delivered yesterday that I can have until the 1st of April, which is terrific if it all doesn't happen today.

Look for old slow Computers on Craigslist. My sister had a Toshiba laptop that she put away because it was too slow. It ended up being infected with viruses and Malware. I wiped it and put Linux on it. It is still going strong.

We had a fire last year. It didn’t take the 100 year old house, but we have had to strip a floor to the framing inside. Between code remediation (ancient wiring, but that was not what started it) and even trying to find contractors (oil booms bring building booms, and few want to mess with small jobs), we’re still working on the place. Thankfully, the insurance is good, but there will be cost overruns and tweaking that won’t be covered.

The “problem” with aluminum wiring is the differences in thermal expansion coefficients, current resistivity, and ductility from that of copper... the aluminum can work itself loose from heating where connections are mad inpanels.

Aluminum wiring has been outlawed up here for a while.

If I can determine the memory cards for my camera are still good ... I'll find one ... though he might be 80 or so by now .... a little freaked out, but coming around.
His name is Bubba and he's a great, big lovable lunk.
2 years old of don't know his size and weight
