here’s a thought, let the attorney generals concetrate on ILLEGAL drugs and CRIME and quit trying to be my mother.

Just wait til Hillary becomes the Mother-in-Law in Chief

Yes; I’ve got plenty in my family. My parents were able to stop by exercising willpower, I have to say, by contrast to my age-peers in my family.

Schneiderman and Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine led a group of 28 states and territories, including Arizona, Connecticut, Illinois, Puerto Rico and Guam calling for the change.

I heard the CO tax on pot is 25%

Indiana already gets about 20% of the price of cigs

I didn’t see a list of the states these AGs are in. All blue, I’d expect.

Boycott those states.

Go ahead, knuckle under to Big Government.

Next, they’ll tell you which foods you can sell, and demand you only stock sugar-free beverages and no salty snacks and tell you how and when, or not, to vend all your other products.

Mooshelle tried that with school lunches, and it didn’t go over very well.

We have an entire nation stuck on stupid, and the government is niggling over nicotine.

They’ll get my cigar when they pry it from my cold, nicotine stained fingers. :)

Just curious, but I wonder about the state these AG’s represent and how dependent they and their programs have become on tobacco product taxes and just how they expect to replace those funds?

...saying it is contradictory to carry such items in stores that also provide health care services.

The junk food and alcohol can stay, however.

Well for now anyway. Likely this is just the opening salvo.

“Minnesota has dramatically raised cigarette taxes to partially fund a new stadium for the Minnesota Vikings”

What’s wrong with this statement?

Where to begin?
