As long as the kids are away, teachers can play, a panel of judges said Thursday, ruling that educators shouldn’t be fired for having sex with one another — even in their classrooms. The Manhattan appellate judges said foreign-language teachers Alini Brito, 34, and Cindy Mauro, 38, were treated too harshly when they were dismissed for engaging in a topless classroom tryst inside Brooklyn’s James Madison HS in 2009.

See...this is where you have start asking serious questions. Were the “safety agents” female? Would stand to reason they were, unless they were seriously stupid males. I mean, what was the “safety” violation here? It couldn’t have been unsafe sex. And the women were busted (hahahaha) with only their tops off. Wouldn’t it have made sense to wait for more evidence to...appear?
Bottom line is, this case is really a statement about the intelligence or maleness of “safety agents.” A once in a life-time opportunity and they totally blew it.

For the record, I am personally sick of the dumbing down of our language, there is no such thing as gay “sex”.. what these two committed was Sodomy, period.
There is no such thing as homosexual sex, just as there is no such thing as anal or oral sex.... These acts do not and cannot lead to procreation so they are not sex, they are sodomy, period.

Roger that. I remember a female teacher was fired from our school for getting pregnant out of wedlock. Sadly, those days are long gone.
A fairly high percentage of hot women are bisexual at some level and would fool around with another under the right circumstances (and adequate hotness).
