Last time something was suggested ‘free from amazon’ on here, asmazon demanded that I do a complete registration, with all information, before i get whatever it was they were handing out.

An office suite for a smartphone? I don’t see the benefit in that, with the limitations of smartphone plan gigabytes.

A smartphone may have fancy gigawhoseits, but it’s still just a phone, not a laptop or a desktop computer. Oh, and for the record, an electronic ‘pad’ ain’t a laptop, either. It MIGHT be a phone, but for me, it’s got the same allure of a crack whore.

I use a phablet (Samsung Note II) and want the ability to use office suites in moments of need. I’d never prefer to use a phone for such tasks but there are times when I need to.
Since I haven’t used an office suite on a phone yet, I can’t say how it will impact my gigas but I never come close to using the amount my plan offers (even at minimum level is 2gigas) by surfing and I hope to use the App to develop small bits of needed info on the “desktop” so I don’t plan to send large chunks of data.

I’m not a phone enthusiast really; I haven’t gotten into the Android platform much and am currently only using a fraction of my phone’s capabilities but there are times when I need the ability to turn some data around or view some data. Perhaps if only to help me feel like less of an idiot when I am seen holding a paperback book sized phablet to my head for conversation. ;)

Not just smartphones use Android.

Both my tablet and tv do; I’m installing the app on both.

And both have wireless keyboards used as needed.

We have two lines unlimited for $60 per month. However, 95% of our data is wifi.
