You are right, I do not know anything about dealerships and I do not work for one. BUT I do know tires. I also know that no retailer in his right mind doesn’t want to make a factory defect right. I also know that EVERY tire company will reimburse the dealer or retailer for defective tires. I also know that defective tires are much fewer today than they were just a few years ago, but they still happen and that is why tires are warranted.

Now since you seem to be the expert on dealers, Why would they not warrant a tire that is defective? Is it because they like adverse publicity? Or do they just enjoy screwing over their customers so they will go to the competition to buy their next set of tires?
