A new report on child well-being, by state and race, has turned an unflattering spotlight on some places not used to being at the bottom of such lists. Wisconsin had a worst-in-the-nation ranking for its black children; South Dakota had abysmal results for its American Indian youth.
The report, released Tuesday by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, detailed nationwide racial disparities that put Asian and white children in a far better position than black, Latino and American Indian children.

Yuck. UN. I wonder how much of our tax $$$ they receive.
It seems they have FINALLY come up with a study that reveals the truth.
Any results that don’t break down the data by race are useless.
All the previous studies that show red states lagging far behind in many ways, don’t take into account the much large minority populations in those states. This study does.
Next, why don't they do a study that shows Asian and White children from intact families with one (female) mom and one(male) dad are better situated than Asian and White kids from separated fighting parents or those whose sperm donors abandoned them altogether?
This Casey Foundation is a political mouthpiece for the commies on the left.
