X-Ray Released Of Tree Trimmer With Chainsaw Embedded Into His Neck (PA)

ROSS TOWNSHIP (KDKA) A tree trimmer was seriously injured after being cut in the neck with a chainsaw Monday, and now were getting our first look at an X-ray of his injury.
Police say the 21-year-old James Valentine, from Adler Tree Service in Gibsonia, was in a tree in Ross Township when the accident happened.

They cut the chain to get it off the saw. It wasn’t broken when the accident occurred.

The bar will be reusable, but that chain is junk since they cut it. It was really close to the end of it’s life anyway. Hope the motor is OK, rescue types aren’t very nice to stuff like that, probably lost the nuts that hold the bar on, too.
