Today's feature is the original "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels". The 2 Academy-Award winning actors battle it out to see who's the best playboy/con-man to the wealthy women on the Riviera. David Niven plays the role later played by Michael Caine while Marlon Brando plays the role later played by Steve Martin.

Wow. Just saw it and loved it. Only really knew Shirley Jones as Mrs. Partridge, so this was a real treat. In a lot of ways I think it was better than the remake.

Or one might opt to spend a little time or more at the TCM all-day tribute to Mickey Rooney, starting this morning with films like “Huckleberry Finn” and “Captains Courageous” and extending through now and into the wee hours of Monday morning with the likes of “National Velvet” and “Babes on Broadway”.....
