There is also a form for asking about “technical problems” with website, I don’t know if this qualifies.

I may try that later today, although more often than not, they just point back to whatever they have (and usually I know more than they do). I already lost 3 hours online today when a squirrel got fried on a transformer in my backyard and knocked out the power, so I’m more than a bit exhausted. :-|
