I was at a garge sale last yr here...The guy in charge was about 50...he was talking about getting his permit to carry.....his sister showed up...she is a teacher here...for 3-4 grade....Now read this careful.....Whenever
her brother or I would say the word -gun-.....she would cover her ears...and rapidly stamp her feet...on the floor.
Im not kidding.....it went on for 20 min.....if we said the word -gun-....she would do the ear cover dance...this woman is in charge of teaching children..In public school.....Shes about 40yrs old.
This is not exaggerated .

Love your story! My 10 yr. old granddaughter just told us about her teacher's story in class yesterday. The teacher told about time she spent on the range in a very positive way; and let my granddaughter tell her story about out-shooting her Dad!
