Corporations are organized to promote psychopaths.
The smoothest of them always make it to the top.
A bad score on the PCL-R test should be legal grounds for removing someone in the management chain with authority over people.
They can be process managers, but not people managers. Most end up damaging companies badly anyway.
As we have daily proof.
Psych/Sociopaths need to be zapped in the temporal lobes while in the office supply room or meat locker or men’s bathroom. Everybody knows who they are. You can’t fire them. HR won’t touch them. So their brains need to be scrambled.
Worked for a number of manipulative sociopaths over the years under the corporate umbrella. I am still fighting the urge to get even with a couple of then; by legal means, of course. Would like to shed light on their malfeasance. To do so, however, would hurt the innocent.
