My new gig is
In a frying pan, partially cook bacon pieces. Add tomato slices and garlic powder, scallion bits and cook covered for 5 minutes. Add fresh sliced mozzarella, cover and cook until melted.
Voila...pizza in a pan without the bread. I eat this almost every day for lunch.

Yep, I grilled a couple of big, beautiful marbled steaks for dinner today and they were great right from the meat market. Yum they were good with a couple of Guiness's.

But when will the medical establishment and the big government establishment and the big food establishment and all the others who’ve been selling this bill of goods about fats and dietary cholesterol and all the other misinformation, when will they admit their multitude of mistakes and turn this ocean liner around?
Probably not for another decade or two. Everyone will just have to act on the own best information.

How does this explain the higher rates of heart disease in the southeastern United States? Probably a higher consumption of sugar and other high carbohydrate foods.
