Nobody wants to draft him, knowing that if they cut him, they’ll be accused of homophobia.

As I said at the time he went public, Sam is a fourth round draft pick — at best. If he were a serious draft pick he would not have followed his agent's PR ploy and and have make a big splash attempting to leverage his practice of homosexuality. It was pretty clear at the time that his NFL talent was limited and that's why he went all public. My guess is that you'll never hear much of the guy in context of the NFL again.

If Mr. Sam isn't drafted the gaystapo will scream homophobia and the networks will offer him a job. He is too important for the gay lobby to let go. They will find a way to put him in front of television cameras every Sunday afternoon. I don't really need another excuse to stop watching the NFL.

Only a team that's hard-up will draft him.

He'll bring a truckload of troubles and problems with him wherever he goes. He'll always be the center of both good and bad attention....and he'll also be in the in the center of the limelight in whichever club he goes to work for.

Few teammates want that. No owner, coach or front office wants that. Probably not even a cheerleader wants that.

Only the depraved media wants that. It really turns them on.

Poor dear. However, Sam, himself alone, troubled trouble when trouble wasn't troubling him.

Tough rocks.

6’2” 262 LB’s running a 4.91 - Yeah he’s a tweener. Not big enough to play DE in a 4-3 and not fast enough to play OLB in a 3-4.

He’ll fit right in on NBC or ESPN.

“I guess he’ll be a “Free Agent” then”

He can go both ways and be a “tight end”, or maybe try another sport where he can pitch and catch?

Too late to be a tight end, now he’s a wide receiver ;)

Hard to run a decent 40 with a prolapsed rectum.

Only a team that's hard-up will draft him.

Or a team that the NFL bigwigs will make an "offer they can't refuse."

Nobody wants to draft him, knowing that if they cut him, they’ll be accused of homophobia.

And if he's ever injured, the other player will be accused of "going after" him on purpose -- unnecessary roughness of the poor little gay guy! Good grief! I'm not even much a football fan, but this woman is sick to death of seeing the NFL turned into a platform for breast cancer and perverts.

The Clipper fiasco has demonstrated what can happen to an owner if a misstep is made. Sam is not worth the bother.
