A jury of eight women and four men took less than three hours to decide that the protester, Cecily McMillan, 25, was responsible for assaulting the officer, rejecting her contention that she had reacted instinctively when he grabbed her breast during a protest on St. Patrick’s Day. Ms. McMillan had said she could not distinctly recall what happened amid the chaos of the night.

I made it a point to visit OWS about a month after it started.Filthy,dirty,worthless wastes of protein,the entire bunch.While I was there the press was three deep....(local,national,even the BBC).So was the NYPD for that matter.I asked one cop,jokingly,if it was OK to taunt them...he laughed and said "why bother?"
But on a more serious note compare OWS to Tea Party rallies.OWS...numerous rapes.Tea Party...not so much.OWS...heroin ODs.Tea Party..."want some diet Pepsi?".OWS....millions spent by the City of New York to clean up when they left.Tea Party....not even a hint of a chewing gum wrapper.
