Oh wow! That makes 11! Gators had talent last year, I don’t care what their record was.

Every team that plays the Texans will have to alter their offensive strategy to account for Clowney. Yes...he’s that good.

Texans may already had the best defensive player in the league with Watt. Texans may not play .500 ball the next few years, but there will be plenty of QB's who will be dreading playing the Texans.

Easley probably is a Top Ten pick had he not blown out both his ACLs.

And that’s it for tonight.

In that case, three might seem like four.

Or a Tim Couch....

I shouldn't laugh. My team drafted at the only position it didn't have a need to draft, a tight end. Go Kitties!

What in the hell were the Lions thinking?

They needed a secondary. At least they didn't pick Dennard and ruin him.

My thoughts

Texans: They need a QB but it’s hard to argue taking what most people think is a can’t miss defensive star.

Jags: I think they made a mistake, Bortles reminds of their last bust, Blaine Gabbert. They seem to be fixated on the size of the QB over there.

Cleveland: Where Quarterbacks go to die. Reminds me of Brady Quinn, they passed on him with their first pick, then traded to get a late first round pick and took him there. J. Football ends up being the third player taken from his own team and Bortles will get 12 million $s more. I’d feel bad for J. Football but he is an instant millionaire so.....

Vikings: Pass on J. Football, trade for Seattle’s # 32 pick and take Teddy Bridgewater. I look forward to seeing former Viking Jared Allen sacking him.

Bender’s boys: Passed on J. Football and on taking a defensive player. Took an OT. Whatever Jerry, yer the boss. Sorry Bendy. :(

Bears: If they hadn’t chosen to re-sign Cutler then J. Football would have fallen in their lap, imagine that. That said, they needed defense, took what sounds like a good corner.

Packers: “Ha Ha” Clinton-Dix. “Ha Ha” is short for Ha’Sean. I think his mom was Ha’Hopped up on something when she named him that.

Nice analysis, Impy.

Not that I care, but WTH is BUF doing?

I leave you with this, it reminds me of a certain NFL owner:

The Cowboys need so much help on defense, one player isn’t going to make all that much difference.

But one good offensive lineman, can make a huge difference in the offense. The Cowboys’ best chance to be competitive next season is to have a good enough offense to outscore their opponents.

No matter what Chris Berman thinks, the Bills need to leave that city.

Green Bay is small market franchise that works. Buffalo is one that doesn’t.

You’re 100% right.

If it wasn’t for the gambling aspect, Las Vegas, for example, would be a great location for an NFL team.

Maybe San Antonio? Or London?

I really don’t think Los Angeles gives a crap if they have a team, since two of them were there and left (Raiders & Rams). Although the NFL will eventually shoehorn a team (JAX or BUF) in that market.

Chris Berman jumped the shark at least 15 years ago. Long past time he waddles off into the sunset.

I still think London is nuts, they don’t like the sport over there and the travel would be a pain.
