Did you notice the people looting? I’ve been told if anything isn’t locked up it will be stolen in Ukraine. One of the woman grabbed what looked like an ammo can. They were all in there looking.

When I was in the Army, a guy stole one and went on a rampage, when I lived in San Diego, a guy stole one and went on a rampage, and the law had a heck of a time ending it, when the Soviets were collapsing, a crew traded one for a case of Vodka in someplace outside of the city.
Tanks need to be watched over a little more carefully.
