A 25-year-old woman who vanished as a teenager from her California home has contacted police after 10 years, claiming she was held captive and sexually assaulted for nearly a decade.
The Santa Ana Police Department said Wednesday that they have charged her alleged captor, 41-year-old Isidro Garcia, of Bell Gardens, with kidnap for rape, lewd act with a minor and false imprisonment.
The woman’s mother reported her then-15-year-old daughter missing to the Santa Ana Police Department in August of 2004 after a domestic violence incident. The mother said Garcia, who was her boyfriend and living with the family at the time, was also missing, and that she suspected Garcia had been sexually assaulting her daughter.

Vendome’s version of a just and proper punishment:
I would chain his hands and legs, then pull him up four flights of metal fire escape stairs, feet first.
Then I would kick him in the family jewels just enough to cause a stomach ache every 15 minutes for 8 hours.
After that I would push him out a window letting him fall four stories into a pile of razor wire 5 rolls high and 5 rolls wide.
He could lay in the pile of razor wire for two days in the desert sun and then I would release a flock of crows and 1 gallon of scarabs right next to him.
But that’s just me.
I have a feeling the girl might also be here illegally as he repeatedly told the girl that if she goes to the police she “Will be deported” if she were born here that threat would have served no purpose
I guess the CA cops are not supposed to investigate the shadows.
It won’t matter if he gets jail time - Holder will let him out along with all the other people that “came here as an act of love”.

Her daughter & boyfriend are missing and the cops didn’t put that togther? Sure doesn’t sound as though they tried very hard too find her or him.

I like the way you think.
Perhaps this ought to be investigated a little further before torturing the guy. Maybe she went with him willingly in the beginning, and now wants to con him out of property and a future, like a lot of females I know of that want to emasculae their men.
Don't make hasty judgment on this.
